There Is No Death

I believe in impossible things, go on little mind trips, have an old soul, idolize Matilda Wormwood, am happy just laying in bed, vividly remember years back, will remain golden.

I do not know this family, but my heart broke when I read this story.
I live in Gainesville, Fla. and you might have heard about the fatal car accidents right outside of my town. On Saturday night, dense fog and smoke clouded Interstate-75, reducing visibility to near zero. Ten people were killed and 21 people injured.
The Carmo family, pictured above, was in Orlando for a church conference. Jose Carmo pastors a church in Georgia that serves Brazilian immigrants. He made the decision to drive back Saturday night to Georgia in order to be at church Sunday morning.
They never made it.
Due to the low visibility conditions, their van was involved in a horrific pileup. Pastor Carmo, his wife, and his oldest daughter were all killed in the crash.
His younger daughter is currently in critical condition at Shands Hospital here in Gainesville. She also lost her uncle and his fiance in this accident.
Can you guys just please, please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers? Even though I did not know this family, I’m sure you can tell how deeply this has affected me. Can you imagine being 15 years old and waking up in an unfamiliar hospital to find out that you’ve lost your whole family?
I hate it when people post things like ‘reblog this if you have a heart,’ so I refuse to guilt anyone into reposting this. Still, it would be great if you guys would reblog this to get the Tumblr community aware.
